Healthy lifestyle

Hoy nos ha tocado estudiar acerca de la vida saludable y la importancia de esta para que nuestro cuerpo funcione correctamente.
      15. We can prevent certain diseases by living a healthy lifestyle.

   16.    Scientific advances have improved health and quality of life in many countries throughout history.

         17.    Some ways that we can keep in mind to improve our self-esteem are healthy diet, regular exercise, posture, rest and sleep, hygiene, being responsible and self-respect.


        18.    The main advances in public health are public hygiene, access to health care and health promotion.

Como actividad, hemos mandado investigar cómo la ciencia nos ayuda a tener una mejor "Healthy lifestyle" (ejemplos: mejoras sanitarias, vacunas...)
